So you may imagine that it’s like an enormous virtual closet in which you can store all the things that you like most and do not want to lose. 🗄️

Why Use the Cloud?

To this you may ask, “Why should I use this cloud thing?” Great question! Here are some super cool reasons:

Access anywhere, anytime: Suppose you could just pull your pictures or your games from any device whether at home, at school or at the park. Well… with cloud computing you can do just that! 🎉



Space Saver: That much of videos and you are sure your computer or tablet will be filled up to its capacity with options like games. But when you use the cloud, you can set stuff aside for new stuff! Bye-bye, clutter! 🧹

Sharing Made Easy: If you prefer your friends to see that great music video you recorded for example. Easy means with clouds, it takes one mere click to share files or even programs. All your cool creations can be seen by everyone! ☒

Safety First: Sometimes you take a picture and want to keep it to yourself or worry about not having a backup of a school project. The cloud protects all your things and you don’t need a device to access it because when your device decides to go on a little vacation, or break down, all your stuff is still there for you! 🔒

Let’s about examine how this magical cloud really operates. Well, it’s like your group of helpful robos (say, cloud servers) who keep all your details in humungous databases. Think of these as secret bases for superheroes teeming with computers to protect your belongings! Oh no! When you need to get something, those robots bring it to you in a blink of an eye! 🔥

Cloud computing is probably something you are using right now and you are not even aware of it. Whether it’s Google Drive or Dropbox or even Candy Crush and Plants Vs. Zombies, most of these programs utilize the cloud to function. The next time you take a photo, that photo is saved to the cloud or the next time you binge-watch your favorite show, the video is streamed in the cloud! ☁️✨
